CEG is currently developing high-bay warehouse distribution facilities with a minimum size of 100,000 SF. We are looking to grow our development activities and are looking for parcels of at least 20 acres and that have all utilities (i.e. water, sewer, gas and electric) at or near these sites. We will also consider land parcels of 100-1,000 acres to design a multi-building portfolio of these facilities.  Sample projects include:
